YOLCY makes it easy to keep track of your orders and take action when needed. Here’s how you can manage your orders from your account dashboard:
✓ You can cancel an order only if its status is Pending.
✓ To cancel, click the Cancel button next to your order.
✓ Once cancelled, the order status will update to Cancelled and you will not be able to reverse this action.
✓ Click the icon next to any order to view its full details, including product information, status, and images.
Want to share your creativity with the world? You can request to add your custom design to the YOLCY store after your order is delivered:
✓ The order must be a Design order and its status must be Delivered.
✓ Click the Add to store button next to your delivered design order.
✓ Fill in the design name and description, then submit your request.
✓ If your request is already pending, you’ll see a Requested badge.
✓ Once approved, you’ll get a Link to your product in the store.
✓ Pending: Your order is being processed and can be cancelled.
✓ Delivered: Your order has been delivered and you can request to add your design to the store.
✓ Cancelled: Your order was cancelled and cannot be changed.
✓ Requested: Your design add-to-store request is under review.
✓ Approved: Your design is now available in the store.
YOLCY rewards your creativity! Every time your design is sold through our store, you earn a balance in your account.
✓ When your design is approved and added to the store, it becomes available for others to purchase.
✓ For every sale of your design by our store, you receive +1 balance in your YOLCY account.
✓ Your current balance is always visible in your account menu at the top of the page.
✓ You can use your balance as a payment method when placing new orders.
✓ Simply select Balance as your payment option during checkout.
